National ICT R&D Fund is a company (limited by guarantee and not having a share capital) set up under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 as a not for profit entity. The Company is owned and governed by the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of Pakistan, having its office in Islamabad. The accounts of National ICT R&D Fund Company are audited annually.

National ICT R&D Fund Company intends to appoint External Auditors for the Financial Year 2012-13 for its Annual Audit. Chartered Accountant Firms meeting following criterion are invited to participate in the tender along with relevant documents.

Registration : ICAP & Tax Department
SBP Rating : Category – A only (Latest Rating issued by SBP as of Tender Opening date)
ICAP QCR : Satisfactory
International Rating : If any
Registered Office : Islamabad
Fee : Annually
Out of Pocket (if any) : With a Certain Maximum Limit
Experience : List of Public Sector / Government clients & clients with similar status as of National ICT R&D Fund Company 

Sealed Quotations clearly marked as "Appointment of Auditors" should reach this office latest by December 13, 2012 at 1500 hours and will be opened in the presence of firms authorized representatives, on the same day at 1530 hours. National ICT R&D Fund Company may reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of the bid [Ref: PPRA Rule # 33(1)]
